A series of interviews that aimed to propose themes and questions in International Relations for debate and reflection. With the participation of PPGRI STD (Unesp-Unicamp-Puc-SP) professors and students, this project was created to debate and exchange grounded information, configuring itself as a university extension activity.

The title referred to the location of the Program’s headquarters (Praça da Sé in downtown São Paulo). Metaphorically, from its windows it was sought to understand International Relations based on an attentive and critical perspective. The initiative had the support of the Communication and Press Office of the São Paulo State University and IPPRI.
